Heat - Frame is everything

Yesterday, I watched the movie "Heat". 

I'm impressed by the protagonists frame.

The criminal, played by Robert DeNeiro (great actor by the way) has a incredible strong frame.

He's the alpha male of the group.

The "good one", afaik played by Al Pacino has more or less the same frame.

Once again I recognized how important and attractive a strong frame is.

Having a strong frame will let you do everything. Combined with a high self-esteem (In my opinion,  frame and self-esteem don't come together) girls will fall in love with you.

That is, of course, a optimistic view, but everything is possible, isn't it?

I came to the conclusion, that you need to have certrain aims, you need to know what you want to do with your life, in order to get a very strong frame.

One part of my frame is Nobody has the right to treat me badly. If someone insults me, I won't stay polite (like I usually am, nasty but polite ;)) but insult him.

Fortunately,I'm quick-witted (thanks to my partents, they taught me everything. My father is nearly unbeatable, due to his job. I'm glad that I have the chance to watch someone like him.) so it's most often crushing for the other, which makes me able to hold that frame.

Another part of my frame is Respect everyone, as long as they respect you.

I'm kind to everyone (well ... we all have our bad days, don't we) but if they start fucking around with me, I start fucking around with them even harder.

Get a strong frame and you literally can do everything, others will respect you. That is very attractive for women and improves your lifestyle a lot.
